About the Role:
We’re seeking a talented WordPress Developer to join our team at DEVLLY. You will be responsible for building and customizing websites using WordPress, Elementor, and WooCommerce for global clients across various industries.
Responsibilities:
- Customize WordPress themes (child themes, template hierarchy, hooks).
- Develop custom features using PHP, JS, and WordPress APIs.
- Modify existing plugins or create lightweight custom plugins.
- Use Elementor & Elementor Pro to build advanced, responsive layouts.
- Implement performance, SEO, and security best practices.
- Integrate third-party APIs (payment, booking, CRM, etc.).
- Assist with domain setup, site migration, backups, and troubleshooting.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/jQuery.
- Proficient with Elementor (Pro), ACF, WooCommerce, WPML, and other core plugins.
- Ability to build or modify plugin logic and admin dashboards.
- Familiar with Git, staging environments, and CPanel or Cloud Hosting.
