About the Role:
DEVLLY is hiring a Community & Social Media Manager to grow and engage our digital communities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Discord.
Responsibilities:
- Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels.
- Manage comments, inboxes, and online reputation.
- Analyze insights and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Launch small campaigns to promote services, courses, or new releases.
- Support freelance recruitment and developer engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience managing business social media accounts.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
- Organized and responsive to community feedback.
- Fluent in English and at least one other language (Arabic/French/Spanish is a plus).
