About the Role:


DEVLLY is hiring a Community & Social Media Manager to grow and engage our digital communities across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Discord.


Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule engaging posts, stories, and reels.
  • Manage comments, inboxes, and online reputation.
  • Analyze insights and adjust strategy accordingly.
  • Launch small campaigns to promote services, courses, or new releases.
  • Support freelance recruitment and developer engagement on platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience managing business social media accounts.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.
  • Organized and responsive to community feedback.
  • Fluent in English and at least one other language (Arabic/French/Spanish is a plus).
